Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance may have the deposit applied to a future booking.
Late Policy:
I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule in order to respect the next client’s appointment.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment, or who cancel within the 24 hour policy window, will be considered a no-show. In these cases, the card on file will be charged in accordance with the scheduled service. Repeated no-shows may result in limited booking privileges.
